  Can I do this program while pregnant?
The advanced core exercises in Mommy Tummy Strong should only be performed if you are fit and healthy and used to regular exercise. I do not recommend these advanced exercises after the first trimester of a pregnancy.
  How soon after pregnancy can I start these exercises?
The general rule of thumb is to wait 6 weeks after delivery to start any exercise program. I would strongly encourage you to start with the basic exercises found in the Mommy Tummy Fix program and progress all the way through that program before starting this one.
  Is this plan safe for diastasis recti?

  What is diastasis recti?
Diastasis recti is a separation of the anterior abdominal muscle (the rectus abdominis) at its connective tissue. This is caused by excessive stress on this area which causes this tissue to stretch out and even tear. It is typically caused be increased pressure from the inside of the abdomen, like that experienced during pregnancy.
  Should I stop working out while doing this program?
The entire premise of this program is showing you the RIGHT exercises and workouts performed in the RIGHT ways to maximize your results. You'll want to eliminate activities that excessively increase intra-abdominal pressure (HIIT workouts, planking, etc) to decrease stress on the wrong muscles while you're working on it.
